On receipt, your images are inspected and any quality issues will be reported. If necessary films are cleaned and slides are usually removed from their mounts. "Daylight" illumination is used throughout the laboratory (5,000° K, CRI 98) with separate tungsten (3,200°) viewing areas as required. The atmosphere in our laboratory is closely monitored and controlled for temperature and humidity.
REPRINTS:
At the completion of your order, masks, test prints, inter/transparencies and all printing data are filed for reference. This allows us to closely match future prints from the same image.
